Gayla Marty
Gayla Marty is the author of Memory of Trees: A Daughter’s Story of a Family Farm. She is a writer and editor in Minneapolis interested in culture, agriculture, and history. Marty received the 2019 Torch Prize in Creative Nonfiction from North American Review. She has a BA in journalism and an MFA in creative writing from the University of Minnesota.
