Mike Mallow is an award-winning newspaper producer, photographer, and writer with more than 20 years in the newspaper industry. He is a West Virginia University and Fairmont State University graduate with journalism and graphic design degrees. Mallow has five published novels with an independent press, one of which was named the Appalachian Book of the Year by the Appodlachia podcast. His books have been featured in The Charleston Gazette-Mail, Herald-Dispatch, and Kirkus Reviews magazine. A native of West Virginia, Mallow currently lives in North Mankato with his wife and daughter.
